Wallingford

We were the first U3A in Wallingford nearly 40 years ago! U3A (Third Age Trust) promotes lifelong learning and enjoyable social interaction by and for its members. Retired or semi-retired people of any age can meet up and enjoy the company of others from all walks of life. There is no age limit on learning, laughing and living!

We currently have over 90 members and always welcome new ones . Our U3A is a very friendly and welcoming group of people and there is always a committee member at the Information Table to help with any queries. Why not come along to one of our monthly meetings as a visitor for a small donation of £2 each visit.

At the start of each meeting, our Chairman gives more detailed information on groups, planned events and outings before then introducing the month's speaker. We also have a Monthly Information Sheet which will give you all the details of these events. This sheet is sent out to all those with an email address a few days before the meeting but a hard copy is always available at the meeting.

Every first Wednesday of the month at 2 p.m.

Crowmarsh Village Hall, Benson Lane OX10 8ED. There is plenty of parking and it is also on a bus route.

The monthly talks are on a variety of subjects, after which tea and biscuits are served and members have a chance to chat to the Speaker and get to know other members - quite a lively time! Annual membership is £18.

We hope you find something to interest you here and look forward to seeing you soon at one of the monthly meetings.
